| The 424SGX060 is a very coarse bur with cross cut
grooves that remain clean even while debriding mycotic nails. It works
with dry or wet nails. It needs a steady hand and a light touch until
you are used to it. The cutting edge is straight so you know exactly
how deep you grind in the center of the nail. The SuperCoarse burs are sometimes used to debride
callus. The X and GX coarseness
are much safer. |

| The bristle bur is really fast on thick callus.
The bur consists of little pins of carbide that rip callus efficiently but
this bur will pull. Therefore you need to have good finger control of
the bur. Because the pins are all in one row you can clean this bur
easily with a wire brush. |

32119 is the order number of this bristle bur. |
