If you want to return the drill after a 2 week trial, you pay for the return shipping by postal service. And we refund you the cost of the drill, less shipping costs when we receive the drill. Quantity Discount: We keep a discount schedule open for a year after purchase of your first drill.

When shipping a unit do package the drill well. Put lots of firm crumpled newspaper or other packaging materials all around the unit at least 2 inches thick around all sides. Do insure the package to an amount that allows you to replace the drill in case it gets lost.

When shipping from the U.S. please call us first. We will fax you shipping instructions with a commercial invoice.

The commercial invoice should be filled out and included in the pouch with the shipping papers on the outside of the box. In the instructions we ask you to ship by Fedex International Priority or Fedex International Economy or by US Postal Service. That way when the shipment arrives in Calgary, we can clear it through Customs so you do not incur brokerage charges.

Make sure to insure the shipment sufficiently for damage or loss. The US Postal Service will only insure up to $600.00.
