We enjoy long term relationships with our customers. Most customers know us personally because we met at a convention somewhere or we've had a good telephone conversation. To get the best service out of a company like ours is to express your thoughts on what you want for your clinic. Quite often the Podiatrist wants to enjoy his/her work first. They want to be pleasant and professional to their patients and have pride in their treatments. There are a few ways in which we can help. First, if you have an older drill of any make and it needs repairs, ask us. Chances are we can do that. Even with many hundreds of our drills in daily use in all of North America we still have only a ONE day turn-around on repairs. But do call us first if there is a problem with a drill because some problems we can solve over the phone. If you have an increase in patient load but don't want to work longer hours then a faster bur or a better handpiece will let you debride 1 to 5 minutes faster than with a woodworking tool. A professional drill shows the patient that you are staying current with technology and this instills confidence in the patient. You will actually experience increased and renewed satisfaction from performing the required procedures. That is why we give you a trial period. When you realize that you will be debriding for the next 10 years, you choose to do it the 'old' way or with a drill that is designed for that purpose. We aim to keep your drill in working condition for at least 10 years. That is only 3 to 4 pennies per patient. The cost of the drill will take care of itself. If it lets you add 2 more patients a day the drill will pay for itself in about two months and you take home about $2,000.00 extra every 2 months. If you are starting out with your own clinic and cash flow is an issue, then talk to us about that. We will help you make things work. Remember we have a long term outlook, the same as you do. If you have assistants who perform routine debriding they will appreciate you getting a drill for them that keeps down the dust and gives them better control of the bur. After a few weeks you will notice that debriding procedures take less time and you can add one or two patients a day. Our existing customers also know us for the quality of our handinstruments. We refuse to sell lower quality cheaper nippers because you will not be satisfied with them after 2 months of use. This is the comment we hear so often. Most of our hand instruments are manufactured by a small company in the Solingen district of Germany and the chemical composition of the steel guarantees the extra hardness of the steel. Some nippers are from The Netherlands and some surgical instruments are made in Poland from German steel. Good hard steel keeps the edges sharp longer so you don't have to squeeze so hard and the nippers do not break as easily. We also sharpen your older nippers for free. We have a few nippers with heat treated cutting edges for very long life. Warranty on hand instruments is based on mutual respect. If an instrument breaks in 'normal use' we assume that it is due to a manufacturing defect and we replace the instrument. If the same user keeps breaking the same instrument repeatedly then we may give that user a refund but we will not supply that instrument to that user again. We consider ourselves in partnership with you. If you are satisfied with our service then we have done our part. Ready to contact us? Click HERE. |
